Angelique is a qualified accountant who worked for more than eight years at senior level within the finance departments of various UK PLCs. Our starting premise is that the right person is out there and we know how to find them. This positive approach means we always provide executive candidates with vision, acumen and leadership skills as well as experience and knowledge. These are decision makers who make a real difference to the businesses in which they work.

The executive search process provides access to a wide range of candidates with the relevant skills. We get under the skin of the brief from the outset using our extensive network of contacts and connections, coupled with high level sector expertise and sophisticated research methods to identify, target and approach best matched individuals. This process culminates in the provision of a very precise shortlist of high calibre candidates that meet the requirements of the role, the business and its culture.


Our Executive Search & Selection Service is provided on a retained basis with one third of our fee payable on acceptance of client instructions, one third on presentation of a short list of suitable applicants, with the balance becoming payable on a candidates acceptance of an offer of engagement.
