Sum-mary-

The author in this article analyzes non-alternative determina-tion of the ruling coalition in Serbia about the European Union and heunderlines the un-sustainability of thesis according to which questionsof so vereignty and territorial integrity in Serbia (Kosovo and EU mem-bership) are two separate processes. The fact that the majority of EU co-untries recognize independence of Kosovo is contradictor to that thesis.

In the following text the author analyzes the geographical and politicalincompleteness of Serbia and EU and developing the thesis that the cur-rent protectorate of EU, US and NATO serves primarily to accomplishtheir imperial interests. Part of this thesis suggests the possibility thatSerbia, moving towards the European Union, ends in to Ottoman Empi-re that could be restored, considering the fact that SAD is using Turkey,as a regional force that does not hide its political and territorial aspi-rations, prevents the establishment of the United European countries.Besides that, Europe without Russia does not have complete identity.

Abstract

Current government in Serbia like no other in Europe underlinesthat Europe has no alternative, that government ignores questions ofsovereignty and territorial integritv and that government also does notrealize that problem of Kosovo and Metohija and integration of Serbiain to EU are two inseparable processes. This thesis contradicts the fact

that the majority of EU member states recognized the independence ofsouthern Serbian province. This fact also shows that we have wrongpolitics of European integration. The main theses in this article are thatSerbia has insufcient identity and that Serbia wants to integrate in toanother insufcient identity known as EU. Serbia is damaged during

the Yugoslavian process of self-designation because theirs basic nation-al and international rights were not recognized -right to self-designationand the establishment of a unied Serbian state in the former Yugosla-via. Our country was faced with imperial war that resulted separationof Kosovo and Metohija. The author underlines problem of politicaland geographical incompleteness of Serbia that wants to integrate intoEU that sharing the same problem. Europe without Russia cannot com-plete the project named United European Countries. That is happeningbecause the idea of EU is American construction with the main objec-tive to enable existing of U.S. inside of Europe that has geopoliticaland geo-strategic signicant for U.S. on their way to foray the Russian

East. U.S. does not want real European integration, on the contrary.That can be seen in the case of yr. U.S. wants to becomeintegral part of EU. That can result with renewal of Ottoman Empire inthe EU concluded with Bosnia and Herzegovina. On the North of thatborder some form of Habsburg can be restored. That wouldbe American creation of EU. We have to remember the idea of formingFrench and German militarv forces in 1990s as the core of Europeansecurity. U.S. rejected that idea immediately.

Serbia should consign demand for integration in to EU. That

demand must be based on European sciences and civilization and itsmain form should be: European rules and standards should be guaran-teed for all peoples and countries, especially ethno-language standards;Serbian accomplishments and Serbian right to form unique country onBalkans must be recognized.41) Current Serbian govemment cannotconsign this kind of demand. The main reasons for that are becauseSerbian govemment still lives inside the imaginary Yugoslavian worldand because they sincerely believe that Serbia is responsible for de-composing of our . Our govemment shares the same thesis likethose who have decomposed our country and took Kosovo and Metohiafrom us. Every Serbian govemment that does not want to solve Serbiannational and state problems integrally is undesirable to all, either theyare friends or enemies. That kind of demand can cause repugnance, oreven threats and sanction by the U.S. and NATO oriented EU.

Finally, the solution for that problem can be Russia that accord-ing to Dugin shares the same geopolitical destiny and perspective ofSerbia. Is that also priority of Russian political strategy?42) We think

that Russian energetic policy has three different ways. One of themtransits through Serbia and it must be a pointer not only for our eco-nomic development but also for development of Serbian integral geo-politicai paradigm that can be realized only with Russian support.
