• Super Receptionist (SR) can now be used to manage all leads coming from Just Dial

• All you need to do is to integrate SR API in Just Dial• Leads coming from Just Dial will automatically appear in “Manage

Customer” section of your SR panel• Simultaneously a SMS would be send to all the mapped agents with lead

SR API has the following parameters

•API Key – Used to Identify your SR account

•Agent Numbers – Mobile numbers on which sms with lead details have to be sent

•Just Dial Parameters used to make entry in contacts– Name : Customer Name– Mobile : Customer’s mobile number– Phone : Customer’s other phone number– Date : Lead date

Pallav is a seasoned entrepreneur. He returned from US in 2003 with the idea of using analytical tools to identify swing voters for Indian politicians. He built this into Viplav Communications - a company that received wide acclaim in news media and closely worked with politicians including Sri. Jyotiradita Scindia (ex Minister of State, IT and Telecom), Sri. Naveen Patnaik (CM, Orissa) and Sh. Mahinda Rajapakse (President of Sri Lanka)

Pallav followed this up with a mobile phone based survey product that helped dramatically reduce frauds in field surveys.Earlier Pallav worked as a ASIC engineer for NVDIA in US. He received his B.Tech. in EE from IIT Kanpur in 2000

Bipul has deep experience in technology with hands on experience as architect, engineer and technical manager. He worked for 8 years in multiple startups in silicon valley - Cloudshield Technologies, Andiamo Systems, Server Engines - on cutting edge technologies in storage, networks and large scale systems.

Bipul returned to India two years back and has been working with Juniper Networks as Engineering Manager. Bipul received his B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in 1999
