SPUD Challenge 2019 During Celebrate Literacy Week Florida, let’s bring books alive by transforming a simple potato into your child’s favorite book character. There are no creave limits, simply have creave fun designing a potato to look like a favorite book character. Paint it, Wiggly eye it, Glier it...simply decorate your spud using items you already have at home. Don’t forget to “engineer” a way to prop up your potato character, i.e. solo cups cut in half work great! Bring you book to put on display next to your potato!! On Monday, January 28th, Bring in your potato character and book to the Media Center to be on display during 2019 Celebrate Literacy Awareness week and taken home on Friday. Prizes will be awarded to the “Top Taters” for Individual & Team SPUDs!! If you have any quesons or concerns, contact Mrs. Kuhblank in the Media Center.
