Start: March 7th, 2016

Completion of Phase: June 23rd, 2017

WORK COMPLETED

Public Works:

Public Works main building, equipment

building, exterior storage building, and fuel

system complete.

Interior main building punch list work

near completion.

Owner is operating from new facility.

Amended soil placed and seeded.

Landscape plantings complete for this phase

1 and cedar fencing constructed. Remainder

to be completed following salt shed and

removal of topsoil stockpile.

Owner training 90% complete.

Pre-existing public works building vacated.

Utility terminations in progress.

Library retaining wall placement complete.

Forms and form liner stripped.

Metal panel installation in progress.

Interior GWB placement and finishing

complete. Ceiling grid installation began.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures

and devices in progress. Fixtures are being

placed in ceiling grid as ceiling work

progresses.

Installation of storm sewer in progress.

Water and gas service to building complete.

Gas meter set scheduled for second week of

June.

Exterior canopy lighting rough in complete.

Placement of tongue and groove cedar in

progress.

Police/Admin:

Final cleaning in progress.

Hardwood paneling at lobby and board room

complete.

Cooling start up in progress. Remainder of

equipment start up complete.

Fire alarm testing and fire suppression testing

complete.

Topsoil placed and seeded along papermill

road frontage.

Access control rough in and devices

complete. Programming in progress.

Architect punch list in progress. Punch list

work will follow in June.
