Lee-Fendall House:

Through the generous support of Spring2ACTion donors

over two consecutive years, we were able to secure the

funds to work with a mason with experience in historic

craftsmanship to stabilize, repair, and restore the full

foundation. It's because of Spring2ACTion that we've

ensured Lee-Fendall House will still be standing for

generations into the future.

• Maureen is an energetic leader, fundraising professional, and passionate advocate for the health and well-being of the social sector.

• MK Fundraising Solutions, a full-service development consulting firm, and since then has partnered with more than 20 national and international non-profit organizations to strategize, energize, and improve outcomes.

• Prior to MK Fundraising Solutions, Maureen served for 10+ years in-house in higher education advancement.

• Maureen serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) DC Chapter, the Board of Directors for ACT for Alexandria, and is a member of the Empowerment Council and development committee for Together We Bake.

The Decennial Census (Census) is a full count of United

States residents, which includes all people who live here.

The Census is conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau

every ten years, and is mandated under Article 1, Section 2

of the US Constitution.

Timeline:

• March 12 – 20: Residents receive an invitation to

respond online.

• April 1: Census Day 2020

• April 6 – 16: Residents receive a reminder letter and

paper questionnaire

• April 20 – July 31: Census enumerators follow up with

households that have not responded

• July 31: Census Counting Concludes
