Spring 2020 Upper Level “In Class” Exam Schedule Friday May 8 thru Monday 11 Strategies for Bar Success This exam will be available from Friday May 8 at 9:00 AM thru Monday May 11 at 6:00 PM. You can take the exam any time during that window, but you must upload your answers within 3 hours from the time you begin. Tuesday May 12 Administrative Law Corporate Finance These exams will be available for download between 9:00 and 1:00. Once you have downloaded the exam, you will have to upload your answers within the time allowed by your professor. Wednesday May 13 Federal Courts International Business Transactions These exams will be available for download between 9:00 and 1:00. Once you have downloaded the exam, you will have to upload your answers within the time allowed by your professor. Thursday May 14 Basic Income Taxation This exam will be available for download from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Once you download the exam you will have up to 5 hours to complete the exam, but your answers must be uploaded no later than 7:00 PM. Important Notes 1. Most of these exams will be completed using the ExamSoft web portal (similar to take home exams) with the exception of the multiple choice exams in Strategies for Bar Success and Corporate Finance which will be completed thru the Examplify software in non-secure mode. 2. You must upload your answer within the time allotted by your professor to complete the exam. If you go beyond that limit, the system will mark the exam as late. For students who receive added time, you will have to upload your answer within the time determined by your DRC accommodations. 3. Before you take your exams, you will be required to submit a form certifying that you will follow all exam rules, work independently, and that you will not share exam questions with others. You will be sent a link to this form before the start of exam week. If you do not submit this certification form, you will not be given access to your exams. More Details Coming Soon
