    The Advanced Management Essentials Certificate Course is ideal for those more experienced in their management position, who value ongoing growth and expansion of their current skill set and are seeking to deliver greater value to their teams and companies.

    Over the course of six (6) weeks, expert instructors will teach participants to leverage their professional experiences and discover new ways to build teams on their way to meeting and exceeding business goals and targets. Courses may be taken together or individually. The following topics are covered:

  • California law AB1825 requires private businesses with 50 or more employees to provide professional training on preventing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation to all supervisors and managers every two years.

    SDEAs Harassment Prevention Training will: Help companies establish an environment that is free of harassment and discrimination Help attendees spot, address, and remedy potential problems Teach attendees to effectively respond to harassment complaints Provide attendees with tools to help prevent them and their companies from being sued
