GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS CITOWETT Spreader Wetter is a low foaming nonionic surfactant suitable for use with horticultural and agricultur-al sprays. It contains 100% w/v active ingredients suitable for use with fungicides, insecticides and herbicides. CITOWETT reduces the surface tension of spray droplets causing them to spread and adhere to the target in a continuous film. This assists penetration and uptake of the spray onto waxy or hairy plant surfaces, fungus lesions, disease infection sites and insects. CITOWETT mixes easily with all types of water and will not injure tender foliage if used as directed.MIXING: Add CITOWETT Spreader Wetter to spray tank after agricultural chemical is thoroughly mixed.PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT: DO NOT contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or used container.STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Keep out of reach of children. Store in closed, original container in a well ventilated area, as cool as possible. Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. Triple or, preferably, pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to spray tank or knapsack mix. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. If recycling, replace cap and return clean containers to recycler or designated collection point.If not recycling, break, crush, puncture and bury empty containers in a local authority landfill. If not available bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, vegetation and roots. Empty containers and product should not be burnt.SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Will irritate eyes. Avoid contact with the eyes or skin. When opening the container and preparing the spray, wear face shield or goggles, rubber gloves and overalls. Wash hands after use. After each day’s use, wash face shield or goggles.FIRST AID: If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. Phone Australia: 13 11 26. Citowett Spreader Wetter increase the wetting power of water that assists in quick control and mopping up of fires. In cases where water may not be readily available and a less drenching spray is needed a tank full will cover a larger area.
