We have been producing in Germany since 1919. By

expanding our production and logistics facility in

Freiberg am Neckar, we have rededicated ourselves to

the firm commitment of manufacturing in Germany in

the future as well

Some 75 employees form the basis for our company’s success.

They cover the whole value added chain – from the injection

moulding of plastic parts through to packing orders for shipment

– and with their know-how they ensure our high level of quality

and our continuous process of improvement. We maintain our

technical advantage by developing and manufacturing much of

our assembly equipment and testing systems ourselves.

We provide apprenticeship positions every year because vo-

cational training and further education are very important

to us. The steady monitoring of our processes guarantees

effective and efficient use of raw materials and resources.

We deal with our environment with consideration and re-

sponsibility. As part of the construction of the new building,

MESTO will reduce the CO2 emission for heating and hot

water generation processes by 50 %.

Our products can be recycled and thereby returned to the

economic cycle.

New foamer sprayers from MESTO: The FOAMER seriesAn increasing number of foamable cleaning agents are being used and applied in the cleaning industry. With its FOAMER series, MESTO now offers the appropriate foam applicators for professional use.

Depending on the agent and area of use, stable, adhering or liquid

foams are sprayed on. The cleaning effect is increased through the

extended contact time and even thus tough dirt can be removed.

Optionally equipped with FPM or EPDM seals, so suitable for acidic

as well as alkaline cleaning agents.

Pressure gaugesMeasuring device to record and indicate the physical pressure of a medium (liquid, gas) in the tank and the spray line.

Safety valvesSafety valves protect pressurized tanks against unauthorized excessive pressure which may damage the device. If the pressure is exceeded, the safety valves discharge gases into the atmosphere.

DOSICONTROLSpecial shut-off valve for regulating the pressure on the nozzle. It allows the spray medium to be applied evenly and efficiently.

NBR = Nitrile-rubber

NBR is a synthetic rubber. Its high elasticity makes it suitable for the production of seals and O-rings. It is highly resistant to oils, greases and hydrocarbons and has a favorable aging behavior as well as low wear.

FPM = Fluoro-rubber

FPM is a synthetic rubber. Its high elasticity makes it suitable for the production of seals and O-rings. It is highly resistant to hydrocarbons, oils, strong acids, aromatic and chlorinated solvents and has a high temperature resistance.

EPDM = Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-rubber

EPDM is a terpolymer elastomer (rubber). Its high elasticity makes it suitable for the production of seals and O-rings. It is resistant to solvents and is considerably resistant to bases. In general it is not very resistant to hydrocarbon-based oils and to fuels.

PA = Polyamides Polyamides are polymers which are characterized by their high strength, rigidity and durability. They are highly resistant to chemicals and are easy to process.

PE = PolyethylenePolyethylenes are polymers which are characterized by their high durability and breaking elongation. They are resistant to almost all polar solvents, acids, bases, water, alcohols, oils. PE-HD also gasoline.

PP = PolypropylenePolypropylenes are polymers which are characterized by a higher rigidity, hardness and strength than polyethylene but lower than polyamide. They are resistant to almost all organic solvents and greases as well as to most acids and bases.

Requirements for the use of sprayers

Garden size:To avoid the need of frequent refilling, you should choose the right device size. If in doubt, always opt for the larger device as this can be used for spraying smaller quantities without any problems.

Reference values for required spray mixture:Ground cultures 0.2 - 0.3 l for 10 sqm

10 sqmEspalier trees, spindle shrubs 0.5 - 1.0 l per pieceLarger bush trees 2.0 l per pieceOlder, free-standing trees 3.0 - 5.0 l per piece

Plant height:Using extension wands, higher plants can also be sprayed without any prob-lems. The longer the extension wand, the higher the pressure of the device should be.

Frequency of use:The more often you use the device, the better its quality should be. When choosing your device, please do not hesitate to contact one of our agents or a MESTO customer consultant.

Choose the right sprayer for your area of use:Trigger sprayers, compression sprayers & garden sprayers of 0.5 - 2.0 l. Light and handy for smaller home gardens with an area of 10 - 40 sqm and for balcony plants not higher than 1,5 m.

Compression sprayers of 5.0 - 10.0 l (3 bar). For smaller to medium-sized home gardens with an area of 10 – 200 sqm. Well suitable for the use of extension wands.

Compression sprayers of 5.0 - 10.0 l (6 bar). For large home gardens, for the treatment of high trees and shrubs. Particularly suitable for the use of extension wands.

Backpack sprayers of 15.0 - 20.0 l are particularly suitable for area and strip treatment in low to semi-high cul-tures thanks to even spraying pressure and the large liquid reservoir.
