INJECTION MOLDED PLASTIC POLYMERS

All Spray Master fenders are made from injection molded plastic polymers which

optimize weight-to-strength ratios and exhibit extraordinary durability.

Injection molding allows for variable geometries throughout the design of the

fender and allows for the addition of unique product features and the optimization of

material thickness in high stress areas.

Both of the mount styles above allow for the fenders to be easily removed and reinstalled by

loosening the set screw at the top of each support!

When it comes to installing your fenders, Fleet Engineers makes it effortless with two options to choose from – each offering quick and easy fender removal and re-installation. Each mount support includes one set screw; tighten it to install your fenders, loosen it to remove them!*

and Stationary Mount Supports: Flexibility and stability where you need it most.

*SR and DR Series fenders have additional mounting requirements.

Stationary Mount SupportsThe Stationary Mount Support is a two-piece, injection-molded attachment packaged separately from the fender, maximizing installation accuracy by allowing the installer to mount them in the exact location required. Each stationary mount is attached using a set of four bolts, nuts and washers for a snug and secure fit. The bottom portion of this two-piece support fits within the molded ribs on the underside of the fender and acts like a safeguard to prevent the bolts pulling through the fender. The top mounted piece accepts the tube that attaches to the frame rail.

SlideTrax Mount SupportsSlideTrax Mount Supports provide a faster, drill-free installation – up to 10 times faster than traditional mounts! The high impact composite clamps adjust along a notched channel on both sides of the fender. Each provides 7" of adjustability for simple, mistake-proof alignment. Simply slide the clamp into the desired mount location within the channel and lock it in place with a firm push.
