Introduction

Technical Turf offers a unique one stop service incorporating construction, design,

renovation and maintenance as a consequence of this we offer services in the sports

turf and sports surfaces construction & renovation industry, amenity supply division,

grounds maintenance division and lawn care division. This guide focuses on all of

these divisions except amenity which is focused on in the product guide that can be

requested by contacting Technical Turf.

At Technical Turf we are continually investing in new specialist machinery and

equipment to ensure that all our projects are completed to the highest possible

standard. A continued investment in machinery also allows us to offer the most

current and advanced services in the turf care industry. We allow clients to hire out

some of our specialist professional equipment for one or five day periods. A specialist

Air2G2 machine is available to hire nationwide with a Technical Turf operator. All

What is the Air2G2?

The Air 2G2 is a self-propelled hydrostatic drive three probe air injection machine, injecting compressed

air to either 7” or 12” deep (depending upon probe fitting). This causes a fracturing effect of the

compacted rootzone, with no surface disruption. Air is injected vertically and horizontally over an area of

5ft (1.5m) to 12” (30cms) deep.

Where can the Air2G2 machine be used?

The Air2G2 is available to hire nationwide and can be used on all sports surfaces. Technical Turf regularly

visit a variety of destinations with the Air2G2 including golf courses, bowling greens, football pitches,

tennis courts, cricket pitches, and universities.

Machine Hire

• Hiring of machines is subject to availability so we suggest you book as far in advance

as possible.

• All Prices above are subject to VAT at the current standard rate.

• Delivery and collection of machines by Technical Turf is subject to a £50.00 charge

each way (£50 for delivery/£50 for collection) if the delivery/collection address is within 80

miles of Technical Turfs location (Scalford, Melton Mowbray). If you require a machine to be

delivered or collected outside of this 80-mile radius, then prices are available on request.

• All machine hires are subject to signature in agreeance with Technical Turfs terms

and conditions.
