Optimized Design. Our owners demand design excellenceaboard their boats, and Sea Ray delivers. Wide, deep, molded-in

steps provide easy access to the foredeck and back. Extra large

portlights and hull windows allow natural light to flow

throughout the spacious cabins, creating a warm and inviting

interior ambiance. Multipurpose seating is a Sea Ray hallmark,

and many of our Sport Cruisers feature pivoting helm seats and

foldaway transom benches that maximize entertainment and

lounging space.

Engine Compartments. We finish our enginecompartments with gel coat containing a wax additive that repels

water and petroleum-based products. In addition, our aluminum

engine mounts are thru-bolted on top of the stringer system for

long-term alignment. Each engine hatch has a rubber seal that, in

combination with foam insulation, greatly reduces engine noise.

Fixed Fuel Tanks. Our fuel tanks are installed withbanding straps rather than L-brackets or another non-supporting

method. This means the tanks are professionally secured to the

mounting surface, resulting in less vibration and noise.

Structural Integrity. Each of our Sport Cruisers utilizes amodel-specific interior framing system that enhances consistency

and structural integrity. This important component to the

manufacturing process allows for the alignment of stringers and

structural bulkheads, meaning a higher quality finished product.

In addition, our stringers are resin-coated to the hull to create a

bond that will remain stronger over time.

Fiberglass Bulkheads. Each bulkhead is fiberglassed toboth the hull and the deck, creating one integral part for added

strength and longevity. Youll enjoy a more structurally sound

vessel with less rattles than a boat where bolts or other joining

methods are used.

At Sea Ray we build to a higher standard. Our fine-tuned Sport

Cruisers feature a superior fit and finish among the best in the

marine industry in terms of design excellence and customer
