In this slide you should describe your target audiences. Make sure you put more stress to the audiences that are more relevant to your sponsor. For instance: If you organise a mass event and your perspective sponsors sales products for woman, describe female part of your target audience in details and don‘t bother much with irrelevant audiences.

Describe demographic structure of your target markets Segment your target audiences and put the most important markets to your sponsor

on the top Describe psychographic insights about the relevant segment(s): lifestyle, motivations,

priorities, social class, behavioural patterns, uses, attitudes …

This is probably the most important part of your presentation. In this part you will describe specific opportunities and ides that the sponsor can get from sponsoring your brand. If you want your proposal to be successful you will have to do much better than just listing the materials where you can include the sponsor‘s logo.

Financial proposal

At this point in your presentation, you start discussing money. Make sure you present your proposal as an investment rather than cost.

You have to describe how much will the sponsor have to invest, and what he receives for it.

If you can, put your sponsorship next to comparable marketing initiative and explain, why yours is better (For example: Sponsor will reach as much audience as through 2 weeks national TV campaign, but with much more potential for direct engagement with their target audience.)

Make a commitment to full support, so the sponsor knows the execution of the proposed activities will be hands on.
