We are pleased to present the 2019 WASA Western Regional Trade Show which will be held at The Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. WASA’s Annual Regional Trade Show provides exhibitors access to the highest demography of dealers in the western states area. This show will provide: Free Admission to Dealers and all of their staff (just register online at http://WASAonline.org/) Exhibitor demonstration, classes, and hands on training IDEA Testing and Certification (Saturday) (*Become a Mastertech*) Please register prior to show to receive testing material at https://www.dooreducation.com/ Located off The Strip, The Orleans offers a great event location, with access to gaming, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel boasts many quality restaurants for leisure dining or quick take-away as well as four entertainment venues, a spa, barber shop, a movie theater and bowling! There’s also a free shuttle to take you to locations on The Strip. Rooms are very reasonable at $105.00 per night (plus taxes/fees) on Fridays and Saturdays; $49.00 *plus taxes/fees) per night on Thursdays and Sundays. Best of all, parking is FREE at the Orleans! Past WASA events held at casino venues have proven to have higher foot traffic and plenty of excitement. Shipping Instructions Packages to arrive no earlier than 1 week prior to Sept 26th, 2019.

Costs for received packages are as follows:

0 to 15 lbs: $12.00 each

16 to 30 lbs: $17.00 each

31 to 50 lbs: $22.00 each

51-100 lbs: $27.00 each

Over 100 lbs (Crates and Pallets): $0.55 per pound

Price includes storage, delivery, and removal to Ballroom.

The Orleans Hotel & Casino will not be responsible for any loss or dam-

age to materials.

Packages and Envelopes:

Boxes/envelopes sent to an individual guest will be held at the bell desk

and cannot be delivered to the convention floor; the guest will be re-

quired to pick up and sign for the delivery, or have the bell desk deliver

the shipment to their guest room.

Deliveries (made by Hotel’s Bell staff) to guest rooms are $20.00 per

cart each way. Charges are determined by size and quantity of items.

Should any member of Group wish to have gift bags or handouts given

to Group’s attendees the Bell staff service charge will be of $5.00 to

$10.00 per item.
