Opportunity to sponsor the “Blue Lounge,” a dedicated studio area for live streaming videos on Twitter throughout the conference. Sponsorship is for one day (Tuesday or Wednesday, on a first-come, first-served basis) and includes sponsor’s logo on the studio backdrop, one 10-minute interview with a sponsor’s executive, and acknowledgment of the sponsorship prior to every broadcast on the day chosen by the sponsor. Two sponsorships available.Interview time is 1:40 p.m. sharp on the day selected. Verint to provide interview questions to

sponsor no later than April 15. Sponsor’s logo on backdrop may appear with logos from Verint and

the other sponsor, in the event that two sponsorships are sold.

Branded coffee stand (morning) OR popcorn stand (afternoon) at one break on Tuesday or Wednesday. Includes a highboy table in break location where sponsor can engage with attendees and/or distribute giveaways. Giveaways must be pre-approved by Verint.

Opportunity to lead a breakout session on a topic to be mutually agreed upon with Verint. Requires a commitment by March 15, 2020.

Company descriptions and logos must be emailed to

April 9, 2020. Verint cannot guarantee inclusion of materials received after

this date.

Logos – Logos must be of sufficient quality for offset printing (.eps vector format).

Company Descriptions – Company descriptions should comply with

the length shown in the selected sponsorship package. Verint reserves

the right to edit all descriptions for format and length.
