CHEERLEADING

I would like to take this opportunity to intro-

duce ourselves. Our names are Raeann Wal-

lace and Charlie Scavuzzo. We are the Spon-

sor Coordinators for Port St. Lucie Football &

Cheer Association Inc. PSLAA was founded

by former Fire Chief, Ronald D. McCorkle

and a group of determined and enterprising

football fans in the late 80s. To finance the

$400,000 project, PSLAA turned to many

Treasure Coast businesses that were eager to

donate services, supplies, and money. The

generosity of the Treasure Coast businesses

paid for 90% of the cost of developing the

football field. From the late 80s to the pre-

sent PSLAA has been blessed with the sup-

port of many Treasure Coast businesses that

we thank for their past support. Without sup-

port from businesses, this program of fine

athletes would not be possible. We are in the

process of starting our 2013 Season and your

support will be very much appreciated. Spon-

sorships will be honored when payment is

received. Your prompt response is very much

appreciated so that we may begin purchasing

the equipment necessary for the football play-

ers and cheerleaders to have a safe season.
