SharePoint Fest is a two-day training conference (plus two optional days of workshops) that will have over 80 sessions spread across multiple tracks that bring together SharePoint enthusiasts and practitioners with many of the leading SharePoint experts and solution providers in the country. At SharePoint Fest, attendees will be able to attend workshops and seminars – taught by

Microsoft Certified Trainers, Microsoft engineers, and Microsoft MCMs and MVPs – covering Enterprise Content Management, Implementation/Administration, Business Value, Search, Business Intelligence, Office 365 and SharePoint Development. Attendees will be able to choose one complete learning track or mix and match based on what content best meets their current needs. 9 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

• All prices listed are in United States dollars. • All payments must be made in US dollars. • Direct transfer, checks and credit card payments will be accepted.

• Deposit of 50% due upon confirmation

Sponsors Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide the materials contained in the package, once a

commitment has been made. Companies that get the most from their sponsorships are those who

actively promote their presence at the conference and provide the necessary materials at the right

time.

Sponsors Agreements

Once your preferred sponsorship package has been negotiated, we will prepare a Sponsor

Agreement for your signature to be signed and returned within the timeframe required.

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of sponsorship is solely based on the discretion of the Tech Conferences LLC

management team. If cancellation is granted, there may be fees associated with services delivered on

behalf of the cancelling vendor prior to the date of notification of request of cancellation.

The rights contained in this document are offered on the basis, that the confirmation sponsor

involvement is received before the deadline specified by the Event Organizers (e.g. the production of
