Sir/Madam, Kurukshetra university tnter coilegiate cross country (Men & women) 2017-Lg shall be conducted on 01.10.2017 at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra given below: Sectipn Time Venue Championships as per schedule Date 01.L0.L7 01.L0.L7 Men Women Section Men 5:00 A.M. Kurukshetra university Sports complex 5:00 A.M. -do- INSTRUCTIONS a) All the participating teams will report at K.U. Sports Complex on 30.09.2017. b) Detail of route and chest numbers will be notified on 30.09.17 at 4:00 p.M. at Sports Complex c) Teams must be accompanied by Managers along with eligibility particulars, ldentity Cards (meant for sports activities), attested copies of D.M.C. of Matric and 10+2 (in case of players studying in Undergraduate classes) and that of Matric, 10+2 and Graduation (in case of players studying in P.G. classes) duly signed by the Principal. The team shall not be allowed to participate without the above said documents. d) calculation of championship will be as under: Max. p?rticipants per tgam 9 Calculation for Champ. Women 6 e) lndividual entries shall be permitted. f) The selection of University Cross Country (Men & Women) teams will be hetd along with the competition. Note: It has been experienced during the past that in order to increase their performance, the athtetes have made use of drugs during the competition, which is against the rutes and even may prove fatal. ln order to curb this menace, the athtetes may be advised not to use the drugs.
