1.     Agreement will be made within 15 working days from Booking date.

2.     Agreement , Registration, Stamp Duty, BBMP Katha, etc. will be charged extra at actual cost

3.    All Terms and conditions are applicable as per the Booking Form

4. Additional Car Park is charged at Rs. 2,50,000/- (Covered); Rs.1,75,000/-(Open)

5. Power & Draniage (STP , DG , etc.) is included and calculated at Rs. 180/- per Sft

6. Floor Rise is charged extra at Rs.20/- per Sft / per floor.

7. Maintance Charges will be levied Extra at Rs. 1.75/- per Sft /month for 2 years.

8. Agreement E- Stamp Charges to be paid with booking amount (0.1% on Construction Agreement) + Rs. 600/-
