User Manual

1) Login Page.

Steps to Login :

Select User Type as “Licensee”.

Enter valid User ID.

Enter valid Password

Press Login button to login to the software.

2) Home Page:

This is Home page for system.

Following Main Links

o Masters

o Op. Balance for all products(tankwise).

o Molasses Transactions

o Spirit Transactions

o Spirit Dispatch

o Monthly Statement

o Excise Registers

o Reports

3) Masters

a. Licensee Profile.

This page is displays licensee information such as Licensee Registered name, Licensee

Type, Licensee No., District Under, Owner Name(s), Address details etc.

User can change only Owner Name(s), Address, Pin Code details.

Please contact Software team, if you need change another field value.

b. Own Distillery Settings:

This page is displays Own Distillery setting value.

User can set Own (MII) Licensee details

c. Tank Master

This page is search page for Tank Details.

User can search Tank details as per Tanker Type(s).

Molasses Tank-

o This Tank is used for MII Licensee transaction(s) (only for Molasses).

o Molasses received from MI Licensee.

o Molasses issued to Day Tank for distillation.

Day Tank-

o Day Tank is used for only storage of Molasses daily basis.

o This tank molasses has transfer to Fermentation tank for distillation.

Fermentation Tank-

o Fermentation Tank is used for distillation.

Receiver Tank-

o Receiver Tank is used for only storage of production of alcohol after distillation

daily basis.

o This tank alcohol has transfer to Storage tank for storage of alcohol.

Spirit Storage Tank-

o Spirit Storage Tank is used for only storage of alcohol.

o Actual Dispatch of alcohol to another party from Spirit storage tank only.

d. Tank Master(Entry Page)

Steps to Create Tank Details:

Tank Name: Enter the Tank Name.

Type: Select Tank Type (as discussed previous screen shot).

Gauging Date: Enter Tank gauging date.

Capacity: Enter Capacity value of Tank.

Installation Date: Enter Tank installation date. (this is not mandatory)

Save: To save/update Tank details.

Cancel: To come out from the page and opened search page.

4) Opening Balance(s)

a. Molasses Storage Tank Details

b. Day Tank Details.

c. Fermentation Tank Details.

d. Receiver Tank Details.

e. Spirit Storage Tank Details.

5) Molasses Transactions

a. Molasses Received Entry

o This page is used for Molasses received from MI Licensee.

o SCM provide Pending TP Details option for displays pending receiving MI molasses

details.

o TP not displays again in this list, if you accept once time in system.

o Molasses(MI) TP details after Click on Accept button.

o This page displays Molasses TP details and user can choose to which tanker received

molasses quantity.

b. Molasses Manual Received Entry.

o This page is used for Molasses received TP all details enter manually. In case online

Molasses received TP not available, then should be used this option.

c. Molasses Transfer To Day Tank

o This page is used for Molasses transfer to day tank of molasses. This entry details are

useful for molasses issue details maintain.

d. Day Tank Transfer to Fermentation Tank.

o This page is used for Day tank Molasses transfer to Fermentation tank for distillation.

This entry details are useful for how many molasses has using for distillation.

6) Spirit Transactions

a. Receiver Tank Entry (Production).

o This page is used for production details transfer to receiver tank details maintain. This

entry details are useful for how much alcohol produced in receiver tank daily basis.

b. Receiver Tank Transfer to Storage Tank.

o This page is used for receiver production details transfer to spirit storage tank. This

entry details are useful for how much alcohol storage to spirit storage tanks.

c. Spirit Transfer for Re-Distillation

o This page is used for Spirit Re-distillation and transfer to Ethenol day/feed tank entry.

This entry details are useful for how much alcohol transfer to day/feed tank for re-

distillations.

d. Ethenol Feed Tank used entry

o This page is used for Actual Spirit transfer to re-distillation and convert to Ethenol

alcohol. This entry details are useful for how much spirit alcohol transfer to actual re-

distillations daily basis.

7) Spirit Dispatch Entry

a. Spirit Dispatch for Potable.

o This page is used for Spirit Dispatch to Potable Liquor (PLL / CL1).

o SCM provide Pending Indent Details option for displays pending Indent details from

Potable Liquor (PLL / CL1).

o Indent not displays again in this list, if you accept once time in system.

o Spirit Indent details after Click on Accept button.

o This page displays Spirit Indent details and user can choose only spirit tanker which has

actually issued to potable liquor (PLL / CL1).

b. Spirit Dispatch to M & TP.

o This page is used for Spirit Dispatch to M & TP Party.

o User can dispatch with SDS. Option is available.

c. Spirit Dispatch Entry( To Other)

o This page is used for Spirit Dispatch to Other Party.

o User can dispatch to Other state.

o User can dispatch to Out of India.

o User can dispatch with SDS. Option is available.

8) Monthly Statements

o All Statements are designed as per Excise Department requirement.
