COATED EDGEIt is imperative that the chemical and thermal conditions of the process are considered. The special coating is applied on the edges also to ensure that there is edge harden ing to increase wear resistance.

various designs specific to the

machine and application type.

TYPE OF FINISH

Spiral mesh can be finished and

supplied in 2 forms

- Endless exactly to the supply size

and heat set to provide stability to

the meshes. Screens are made

endless with the help of a PP/PET

yarn.

- Open ended cut to size as per

customer requested sizes.

TYPE OF EDGES

A special coating is applied on the

edges, to ensure that there is no

edge raveling and acts as an assist

for guidance on the machine.
