  • 1. UNDERSTANDING YOUR INSECURITIES.Step1 : Go over your list of insecurities one by one. Go back to the time when the insecurity was born, thenyou will discoverexamine your feelings, that you are the one who is torturing yourself.

Step2 Find out ways to change your insecure feelings.Do a major makeover of yourself.Get a new haircut, change your wardrobe, etc. Maybe youare afraid about meeting people because of your poorsocial skills. This slower pace will calm you down, and it will also make you easier to hear, especially at the back of a large room. 13.
