• Find a speech on www.AmericanRhetoric.com that you can teach us about.
• You will have 3-4 minutes to share the following with us:• Who gave the speech• What the circumstances were surrounding the speech• How this speech was received by the audience• What you like and/or dislike about the speech• How this speech could have been improved• What this speech has meant to others or if it has since been
quoted or referred to by others.
• You may share up to 200 words from the speech you are quoting. These MUST be in the document you upload to www.turnitin.com
• On the day of your speech, a printed copy of your speech is due.
• You may use a copy of your speech while you present, but please practice the “bounce” that we talked about!
• Notecards and outlines are a great tool. (Paper or digital)
