Operational pigging is an essential element for the maintenance of customer’s pipeline system enabling maximization of production flow (by maintaining internal bore) and mitigating internal corrosions. It also maximizes the design life of the pipeline when used in conjuction with biocide injection.

Entrepose Asia has developed extensive knowledge of operational pigging and is accustomed to working with highly sophisticated pigs that vary in technology and complexity.

Pumping services are covered for both section of pipeline for new construction pipeline and existing live pipeline. These services are performed to confirm pipeline’s integrity, but also to make sure quality control conditions are safe and acceptable.

Entrepose Asia is well established in pipeline services. Its extensive equipment located in Malaysia, is allowing to perform various scope of pumping including full scope pre-commissioning, de-inventory (de-oiling or degassing), auxiliary pumping for in-line inspection and flexible riser leak test.
