Qualifi ed Professional ServicesIn our line of work it’s imperati ve that we adhere to strict industry standards and each service that we off er is completed within the guidelines of relevant associati ons as outlined below:

• Our air and water balancing teams work to the current Chartered Insti tuti on of Building Services Engineer (CIBSE) codes, with Code A for Air and Code W for water.

• Our pre-commission cleaning water treatment works in closed heati ng and pre-commissioning chilled systems which adhere to the standards of the Building Services Research and Informati on Associati on (BSRIA), a not-for-profi t organisati on and members of the Constructi on Industry Council.

• Our domesti c water treatment processes are in line with current HSC ACoP L8 (2013) & HSG274 Part 2 Technical Guidance.

• Mains Water Chlorinati on’s and swabbing as required by Local Water Authoriti es: Anglian Water and Thames Water.

• All engineers carry full PPE, hold CSCS cards and undertake regular Legionella Awareness and Asbestos training regardless of whether they are on the commissioning or water treatment teams.

• We are members of several Contractor and Constructi on Schemes, and working towards several ISO accreditati ons.
