Vermeer Denver International is a Daughter company of the VE Group, with 60 years experience of process equipment, and Denver International, which has over 40 years of international experience in the supply of industrial valves.VDI supplies highly-engineered, one-off valves, as well as complete valve packages for hydrocarbon processing, the chemical industry, power plants and cryogenic installations.

VDI Cryogenic Valves – your reliable partner in engineering solutions.Cryogenic valves are used in conditions where the temperature is below 40 °C. Used for INDUSTRIAL NATURAL GAS, OIL GAS, AIR SEPARATION etc. Thanks to their superior quality, our Cryogenic Valves work SAFELY, ECONOMICALLY and CONTINUOUSLY.

Our Cryogenic Valves are produced from high quality materials to avoid leakage from body shell and sealing faces. The body and bonnet may be manufactured from LCB (-46°C ), LC3 (-101°C), CF8 (-196°C ) etc.Cryogenic valves with an extended stem structure reduce the heat that enters the valve from outside and prevent the stem and the parts above the bonnet from freezing. The calculation and design of our cryogenic valves depends upon the thermal conductivity coefficient of the materials concerned, the thermal conductivity area and surface coefficient of the heat transfer and the heat dissipation area. Superior design and engineering, in combination with our comprehensive field experience of cryogenic valves, guarantees efficient and reliable performance.

Certification:Valves supplied by VDI are produced under ISO 9001-2008 and in accordance with PED/EC Module H. All valves are certificated in accordance with EN 10204.3.1 material and test certificates as standard, higher certification levels are available on request. Valves can be supplied with all NDE as required: hydro test, high pressure gas emission tests, M.P.E., L.P.E., hardness tests, P.M.I., Charpy V-tests, ferrite tests and more.
