SPECIALIST SERVICES: INSPECTION & RECERTIFICATION Hydrasun’s Inspection & Recertification services assure the technical, operational and environmental integrity of Flexible Hose Assemblies (FHAs). Hydrasun’s Integrity Management Division provides Inspection & Recertification services for Flexible Hose Assemblies (FHAs) to assure their technical integrity and reliability. Our competent inspectors carry out recertification work to recognised industry standards such as Energy Institute Guidelines for the Management of Flexible Hose Assemblies. All FHA work carried out by Hydrasun is fully traceable with our unique hose ID numbers registered within Hydrasun’s databases enabling information integration into the customer’s hose register and management systems. Hydrasun offers an FHA identification service where our inspectors can identify and advise specification of any given FHA. We can provide a quotation to manufacture a replacement which can include bespoke component manufacture. Periodical FHA inspections and recertification results in a reduction in FHA repairs and replacement, minimising downtime and reducing long term costs. With larger projects, we can offer an on-site installation service for any replacement assemblies where all work carried out is compliant with relevant industry standards.
