Hello GNLD Family, I want to take this special time of Thanksgiving to thank each of you for your hard work and your dedication to GNLD, particularly during the tough economic times over the past year. We have all heard of families in our own communities who are struggling to maintain their homes, people who have had “secure” jobs disappear, and many others wondering, "What can I do to protect my family?" We want to assure you and your families that our company has existed over the past 50 years for times exactly like these. We are here to provide an opportunity to millions of people, to achieve optimal health and financial wellbeing with the freedom and stability that many find hard to even dream about. I would like to thank you for spreading the word about GNLD and making a positive difference in the lives of people we touch. TRÉ RECIPES!

New! Tré Recipes! ‘Tis the Season for Vitality. Just in time for the holidays, GNLD brings you three easy and delicious holiday recipes to enjoy the powerful nutritional benefits of Tré. Working in our GNLD test kitchen, our team of tasters loved these recipes and we’re sure you and your guests will too. Got a great Tré recipe? Share it with us at: info@us.gnld.com Tré Mocktail

• 1 fl. oz. Tré

• 8 oz. Sparkling Cider

• Fresh pomegranate seeds

1. Pour Sparking Cider into a wine glass.

2. Top off with Tré.

3. Garnish with the pomegranate seeds—they float!—for a beautiful as well as nutritious beverage.

Tré Gelato

• 1 cup Tré

• 1 cup water

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1/2 cup heavy cream or full fat Greek yogurt

1. In a saucepan heat Tré and water to just before boiling. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 15-20 minutes. This will reduce the mixture to 1 cup liquid.

2. Freeze the reduced juice in an ice-cube tray. (Individual cubes will

freeze faster)

3. Put the frozen cubes in a food processor with 1/4 cup sugar and grind briefly.

4. Add the cream/yogurt and pulse until the mixture is smooth.

5. Transfer the mixture into a small container and freeze again, 20 to

30 minutes, before serving. Pulse the gelato briefly in the food processor if it freezes too much.

Approximately 4 servings as a topping or you can double the recipe for a main dessert.

Tré Poached Pears (with optional gelato topping)

• 1 cup Tré

• 4 d'Anjou pears

• 1 1/2 oz. granulated sugar

• 1 1/2 oz. water

• 1/2 cup port wine

• 4 sprigs fresh mint

1. Combine the Tré, sugar, water, and port in a small saucepan and bring to a low simmer.

2. Peel and core the pears.

3. Submerge the pears in the Tré/Port mixture, cook until tender. (8-

10 minutes)

4. Remove from heat and let cool in poaching liquid.

5. Remove the pears when cool and set aside until room temperature.

6. Warm the reserved poaching liquid.

7. Cut the pears in half.
