special events professional ready to help create the perfect wedding for parties of up to 500
guests. We start with a full-service package and work with you to tailor the details. Whether
you seek a ceremony site, a reception, or both, the Waterbrook team is ready to serve.
Tasting RoomWaterbrook’s natural, contemporary Northwest inspired
tasting room is the perfect setting for all wine lovers. a
lofty interior with handsomely appointed furnishings
give the space a modern lodge appeal. For indoor-
only celebrations, the tasting room accommodates 150
reception style and 110 people seated.
inside the tasting room, you’ll be greeted by Waterbrook’s
expert staff. Guests can cozy up by the indoor fire, mingle
throughout the room gazing through its floor-to-ceiling
windows, or gather at the bar to enjoy award-winning
Waterbrook wine.

Waterbrook’s tasting room patio is the perfect place to
appreciate Walla Walla’s natural beauty. With panoramic
views of the sprawling grounds and picturesque blue
mountains, visitors can relax and enjoy.
Groundspopular in the fair-weather months, Waterbrook Winery is
sought out for weddings in part for its incredible scenery.
picture perfect ceremonies amid the lavender, pampas
grass and Waterbrook’s famed waterscape make for an
unforgettable wedding. there’s also a full-scale outdoor
bocce ball court for a convivial game – always a great
ice-breaker for get-togethers.
We avail the grounds and tasting room from 7 p.m. to
midnight for weddings, and also offer daytime buy-out
options for total privacy (during what would otherwise
be public tasting room hours) for an additional fee.
Bridal SuiteJust a few hundred feet from all the wedding activity is a
private sanctuary available to the exclusive members of
the bridal party: the Waterbrook bungalow bridal suite.
this three-bedroom, two-bath contemporary Northwest
suite has plenty of changing room, living and dining
areas, and a full kitchen to relax and prepare for the big
moment in unhurried leisure. 20-person maximum.
Fee: $250, day-use only, 11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. by advance
reservation.
Creative KeepsakesWith the benefit of a Waterbrook Winery wedding, you
have many creative options to add to the celebration. We
offer refillable one-liter carafes called “Villagers” which
are first-of-the-season wines or tasting room exclusives
on tap that can be brought back for discounted refills.
also, consider a Waterbrook three-liter bottle as a fun,
lasting time capsule your wedding guests can sign with
metallic markers.
Catering We have an in-house culinary team to help you create
the perfect fare for your special day. our menus are
seasonally changing and regionally sourced. We
can customize a menu based on your event theme,
seasonality, special dietary needs and volume of people
Waterbrook’s executive chef and the culinary team
bring the best of the local and seasonal produce to
the table. sourcing from area growers and butchers,
the chef guaranties every dish served is fresh, natural
and local. your Waterbrook special events manager will
provide you with sample menus to illustrate our scope of
seasonally-changing dining options.
BarWaterbrook proudly offers beer and wine for its wedding
and private functions. Waterbrook supplies all the wine,
of course. our expert staff will create the perfect wine
list, which might also include signature wine cocktails
and exclusive sparkling wines. We calculate the
recommended purchase based on the number of adult
guests. Note, Waterbrook Wine club members receive
deep discounts on wine purchases (up to 30%), the
perfect reason to join and commemorate your nuptials
with every new wine shipment.
because all events are different, bar and catering fees are
additional to the basic venue fee.
Private Events at WaterbrookWaterbrook’s tasting room is also the perfect place to
host a private or corporate event. it offers dedicated
meeting areas—equipped for business, plus a large patio,
dancing stage fronting the pond, breakfast service, in-
house catering, and of course, world-class wine tasting
and the expertise of our professional staff.
all the catering and bar capacities afforded to our
weddings also apply to private parties. We cater in-house
and can add any amenity your party requires, day or
evening.
For team-building activities, it’s our privilege to offer
our award-winning Waterbrook wine for your gatherings.
With a basic wine purchase, our team offers fun
formats for wine blending competitions, blind tasting
competitions, wine trivia or staff-led, basic tasting
education.
For closed, exclusive events, we offer buy-out options for
total privacy (during what would otherwise be public
tasting room hours) for an additional fee.
Meeting Facilities & Capacities
to meet the special needs of business functions, we contract with local audio/visual companies to procure
podium, projection, deejay and related audio/visual services as needed. coffee service/ breakfast service
are offered as well. corporate venue rates are determined by the hour and full quotes are available
following a walk-through with our Waterbrook special events manager. a full list of preferred vendors is
available upon request.

Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy• A deposit will be due upon signing of event contract.
• A final guest count and menu selections (including special dietary requests) must be provided
to the event manager one week prior the event.
•100% of the deposit will be charged for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
• We cannot refund for inclement weather or other unforeseeable natural acts.
