*Why does it cost $50 additional to deliver to COBO Center and Renaissance Center?Both facilities require additional labor time for loading docks, security and elevator usage. To avoid this fee, we recommend negotiating a group rate for a consolidated delivery. Lead Time. We recommend orders are placed 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your event. An additional rush charge of $100 applies to orders placed less than 7-days from the delivery date. Minimum. Our minimum order on event plant rentals is $350. The minimum can be waived for approved consolidated group deliveries. Substitutions. All rental deliveries are subject to availabilities and seasons. If a specific request is not available we may offer a substitution of equal or greater value. Term. The term of the agreement is for the rental dates stated on the order with a maximum of 7 days. Additional charges apply for extension of the rental term.Rented Items. All items described on the related invoice or proposal as rented are and shall remain the property of Planterra. Payments & Deposits. All orders must be pre-paid 7 days prior to the delivery date. Deposits and pre-payments are payments earned for Planterra’s professional services and are not refundable. Planterra is authorized to charge the on-file credit card for payments. Planterra may discontinue discounted or promotional pricing at its sole discretion.Site Access & Conditions. Site shall be accessible to accept delivery on the agreed date. Deliveries that are refused or inaccessible will incur an additional $75 “go-back” fee for a return trip. Plants rented and installed by Planterra shall not be moved or removed from the site without Planterra’s prior written consent. Should site conditions damage or plants, such as but not limited to construction dust and/or debris from a special event, the client will pay the actual costs incurred to clean or replace the plants and inventory. Planterra is not responsible for any damages caused to the site by water or leaking from containers, or any damage to any on-site item not owned by Planterra. Additional labor charges may apply.LIMITED WARRANTY- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. PLANTERRA MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SAID WARRANTIES BEING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL PLANTERRA BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IN REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED. Miscellaneous. The proposal for services, invoice and these terms and conditions are the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified expect in a writing signed by all parties. The agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Each signatory represents that it has all requisite authority to execute the subject agreement on behalf of its principal and that the subject agreement is fully enforce-able against the principal in accordance with its terms.
