David Tiang Partner, King & Wood Mallesons (China) David Tiang specializes in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. Randall Arthur Partner, Kobre & Kim (Hong Kong) Randall Arthur focuses his practice on insolvency litigation, international judgment enforcement & offshore asset recovery and financial products and services disputes. He has extensive experience in the identification and freezing of assets globally in aid of Hong Kong and foreign legal proceedings, often involving issues relating to complex fraud. Bruno Arboit Managing Partner, Zolfo Cooper (Hong Kong) Bruno Arboit is the founder and managing partner of Zolfo Cooper’s China practice. He began his accountancy career in Australia and has more than 27 years' experience, predominantly in the corporate recovery, forensic accounting and litigation support area. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 17 years. Bruno has considerable experience in acting for stakeholders of companies facing financial difficulties and has undertaken numerous special investigations and business reviews involving the assessment of financial viability and the formulation of recovery strategies. Richard Millett QC Essex Court Chambers (UK) Richard Millett was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2003. He has a broad commercial practice covering a variety of different specialist areas, with an emphasis on advocacy in court and in arbitration and other tribunals. He specialises in banking and financial markets, fraud and asset-tracing and litigation concerning offshore trusts (family and commercial), private equity vehicles and structured financing, bonds and derivatives. He regularly appears in the Chancery Division, Commercial Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. He also conducts cases in the first instance and appellate courts of the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and the Isle of Man, and is a fully called member of the Bars of the British Virgin Islands and of Anguilla. Eddee Ng Senior Partner, Tan Kok Quan Partnership (Singapore) Eddee is a Joint Managing Partner of the firm and he is in the Litigation and Arbitration and Banking and Insolvency Practice Groups. Michael Witington Partner, Gall (Hong Kong) Michael is a partner at dispute resolution firm Gall in Hong Kong. Koh Swee Yen Partner, WongPartnership LLP (Singapore) Koh Swee Yen is a Partner in WongPartnership LLP, and has an active practice in complex litigation and international arbitration under the major institutional rules, including ICSID, ICC, ICDR, SIAC and UNCITRAL. Michael’s practice focuses primarily on commercial and white collar criminal dispute resolution.
