Prince Edward Island has a rich tradition in the perorming arts. From music to danceto theatre, the province has excellent youth programming, which produces artistseager to start proessional careers. Until now, the regional options or post-secondary
proessional training to provide fedgling artists with a strong oundation upon whichto build their careers have been scarce.
A partnership between Holland College and Conederation Centre o the Arts will oer aspiring perormers two-year diploma programs in contemporary Music Perormanceand Dance Perormance, as well as a one-year Perorming Arts Foundation certicate
program.
The programs will draw on the strengths o Conederation Centre o the Ar ts and
Holland College to provide students with a strong oundation in their eld, as well as in the business aspects o their chosen proession.
