6 small potatoesSalt6 eggsExtra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. To make the Spanish Omelette the first thing is to peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut into thin slices, size not large, curse them with salt to taste.

2. Put a fairly wide heating oil, when the oil is hot check to fry the potatoes and onion altogether pan.

3. Now comes the time to make the omelette in the pan, we will use a well wide skillet.

4. Once the omelette is made on the one hand, we turn carefully with the help of a flat plate.

5. We let it do for the other side and we will have our Omelette ready to eat.
