SPAIN’S COLDWELL BANKER PREVIEWS® AGENCIES DOUBLE THEIR TURNOVER IN THE FIRST QUARTER, 2013

The top two subsidiary companies in the international Spanish network, Prestige Barcelona and Prestige Begur have doubled their turnover in the first quarter of 2013 as compared to

same quarter in 2012. Coldwell Banker®, through the Previews International® program, are luxury property market intermediation specialists. Coldwell Banker Spain started operations in February 2013. The Spanish operation presently consists of two offices in Barcelona and Costa Brava who joined Coldwell Banker® Spain from the John Taylor group. They were both quickly converted to Coldwell Banker Previews® International offices. The two offices doubled their turnover in the first quarter, 2013 as compared to the first quarter, 2012. François Carrière Pastor, CEO and founding partner of Coldwell Banker® España is more than satisfied with the first trimester results. The network's international reach has provided the offices with a new supply of foreign investor interest. Commenting on how the group achieved the results François Carrière Pastor stated, "Our experience, reliability, discretion and exclusive property portfolio permits our clients to consider us as their trusted advisors as we only offer them with best choice of properties to match their expectations". In recent months, the Coldwell Banker Previews® agency Prestige Real Estate in Barcelona completed sales on significant properties such as a 500m2 apartment landmark building on Passeig de Gràcia with a 200m2 terrace for more than €6 million; a fantastic 300m2 apartment near Turó Park valued at €2.1 million; and a 180m2 penthouse with a 40m2 terrace beside the Pedrera. These properties are unique properties in the heart of Barcelona. In addition the agency completed negotiations on an Ibiza house for €4.3 million. The Coldwell Banker Previews® agency in Prestige Begur which specialises in 1st line and sea-view properties has welcomed an increase in international buyers. The office's clients have been mainly Europeans searching through the international network. International clients now have a quick and direct way of accessing all the exceptional properties available along the Costa Brava. Carrière Pastor stated other significant changes in the group's expansion in Spain, "We would also like to announce the latest addition to our team, Michael DiCarpio. As Expansion Director he will lead the opening of Coldwell Banker Previews® offices in Spain and Andorra. During this first stage of development, we will concentrate on the Costa Brava and around Barcelona, however due to strong demand we do not rule out entering the Tarragona and Valencia areas." We are currently working towards opening offices in La Cerdanya and Sitges.
