Brief History

• RED was founded by Veronica Butler and Tim Wilcock in March 2002 and started life as a specialist recruitment agency for the leisure industry.

• The success of this venture led to the creation of the spa and beauty division in 2004 which filled a wide gap in the beauty industry by offering a quality recruitment solution for spas, salons and clinics.

• Jenny is a trained beauty therapist and an absolute fountain of knowledge when it comes to the beauty industry.

• She is affectionately known as 'The Doctor'. Her working experience is vast and includes time on the cruise ships with Steiner and work alongside strong retail brands such as the Body Shop and Shear Beauty.

Sara Peachey

• Sara, aka 'Peachy' is a bundle of energy and like Jenny loves nothing more than setting people up with their dream job.

• Sara has a strong leisure and fitness background both in the UK and abroad and through it sound knowledge of spa and beauty opportunities within a leisure and hospitality environment.
