1. Establish contact with the customer. Offer a choice of beverage (glass of iced water or hot tea with lemon) and make your customer comfortable

2. Take the customers’ feet and cleanse them with Kodan, a disinfectant spray. If the nails have polish on them, remove with LCN SPA Orchid Nail Polish Remover.

3. To reduce any swollen areas, pour Sea Salt over the feet and prepare for foot bath.

4. Cover the feet with a towel and keep packed for 5 minutes.

5. Place feet, towel and salt into pedicure bowl and soak for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you may dissolve 2 tsp. of Hibiscus Foot Bath Salts in warm water and soak for feet for 10 minutes.

6. Use Avocado Nail Butter to perform cuticle and nail treatment as you would during a basic pedicure. Apply 1 tsp. of Sugar Cane Foot Scrub to feet and rub all over both feet. Optionally, use LCN Modern Foot File and Calludone for additional callous removal. Return feet to bath to rinse and soak for several minutes.

7. Apply Spearmint Foot Pack to the feet and cover with warm towel for 15 minutes. Apply extra to calloused and rough areas.

8. Wipe with moist towels. Make the treatment even more luxurious with an oil massage. Warm the Waterlily Massage Oil to a comfortable temperature and pour in a steady flow over the feet.

9. After the pour, carry out a 5 minute massage.

10. Work in any oil residue. Apply 1 Tbsp. Almond Foot Lotion. Massage until lotion is completely absorbed into the skin. Alternately, apply a thin layer of Peppermint Foot Butter to areas that tend to develop excess callous and massage into skin for a more intense treatment.

11. Finish with one of our beautiful polish colours and Macadamia Nail Oil.

SPAHand Treatment1. Mix a capful of Milk & Orchid Hand & Nail Bath in warm water and soak

hands for 10 minutes. Apply Avocado Nail Butter to cuticles. Gently push back cuticles.

2. Apply 1 tsp. of Lemon Sugar Scrub and run all over both hands. Return hands to bath to rinse.

3. After the pour, carry out a 5 minute massage.

4. Apply a layer of Orchid Hand Mask and massage into hands with Spa Brush.

5. Wrap hands in plastic wrap and warm towels. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Remove excess with moist towels. No need to rinse.

6. Make the treatment even more luxurious with an oil massage. Warm the Waterlily Massage Oil to a comfortable temperature and pour in a steady flow.

7. Apply a small amount of White Tea Hand Cream and massage until lotion is completely absorbed into the skin. Optionally, remove hand cream residue from nails with a towel and apply SPA Nail Therapy Nail Builder to the nail.

8. Optionally apply SPA Nail Therapy Base Coat to the nail.

9. If desired apply LCN Polish and finish with SPA Nail Therapy Nail Sealer.
