Innovative switch devise - with advanced technology, SP have developed a Zero drag hub the World’s only switchable hub Dynamo. *An easy to operate mechanical switch function removes magnetic drag from the hub when generation is not required. i.e. no power = no magnet drag = no dynamo resistance.

A modern high output, high-tech LED headlamp for use with hub dynamos.

The SP LED headlamp delivers up to 35 LUX of brightness at 10 metres. Cut-off line beam profile creates excellent riding usability. Simple, “no switch function” this light will deliver a bright light whenever powered. (This can have a benefit in urban traffic to aid being seen even during daylight hours, and, of course, there is no switch to fail.)

This high tech SP LED headlamp incorporates a capacitor to provide up to 3 minutes of basic safety light power when unpowered (e.g. when bicycle is stopped at a road junction)

Compatible with most Dynamo hubs 6V 2.4-3W and also includes “over power” protection up to 9V (in event of riding too fast).Supplied with fork and handlebar mounting brackets.
