Proposal #1 Pomegranate Farms
Pomegranate Development Agreement(Site #1)1. Trade of approximately 45 acres of TUSD property at the corner of Valencia and Cardinal for 15 acres within the Pomegranate Farms Development at approximately 9000 W Valencia Road. As an additional consideration for the trade, Pomegranate Farms will provide $3,000,000 for the construction of the school.
2. TUSD will construct a K-8 school of approximately 70,000 square feet, which could open in August of 2011.
3. CC&Rs will include an assessment on properties in the development to support the school and provide incentives for teachers.
