Customers can register for any class at any PRNS facility. Regis-tration will be accepted in person, mail, fax, or online. Phone registrations will not be accepted.

Registration forms will be processed in the order they are re-ceived.

Registration will be accepted until the second class meeting if the course is still available. If the course requested is full, the participant will be registered for their second choice or placed on a wait list.

Please be prompt when dropping off or picking up your child from his/her class. Children may not enter the class until the scheduled class or activity time. Children who arrive late to a class or activity should enter quietly and join in the activity.

If a class is cancelled by the City, a make-up class will be added to the end of the session. In the event that a class cannot be rescheduled for a make-up by the City, a refund will be issued for the missed class. If the participant misses a class, no re-funds will be issued.

All wait list participants will be contacted only if there is an available spot in the class.

All refund and transfer requests need to be made in writing. Request may be submitted in person to any PRNS facility or by

email to [email protected]. All refund and transfer requests must be received at least 14 calen-

dar days prior to the start of the program/class. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of the program/class.

There will be a $10 refund processing fee for EACH activity and EACH child.
