Welcome to Wandsworth Artists’ Open House 2019
A new October brings another chance to enjoy art on your doorstep, as we welcome back the council’s
Wandsworth Artists’ Open House. For the first two weekends of the month,
local artists are inviting you into their homes to learn more about their work and practice – don’t miss out!
This year, over 130 artists across 85 spaces are taking part. Explore behind normally closed doors the diverse range of local art on offer, including paintings, ceramics, woodwork, jewellery, prints, homewares, photography and glassware. Every venue is free to visit, and if you see something that catches your eye there will be artwork available to purchase at a variety of price points.
Use this guide to select the artists you’d like to visit and use the map or our website (wandsworthart.com) to create your own discovery trail of art you never knew existed in your local area.
Thank you to all the talented local artists and makers involved in this year’s programme.
Happy trailing!
