Draft 0.55 / 1.75. The VAT paid in Cyprus Over the past twelve years the boat was professionally maintained by TMS (Technical Marine Service) in Marmaris-Turkey. A complete keel refit was performed in 2009 and last engine overhaul was in 2010. AGRINON is technically in shipshape condition. OWNERS REMARKS: I am the third owner of the boat which I bought in 2001 here in Marmaris. We used the boat lightly for holidays two times a month per year cruising along Turkish west and south coast and adjacent Greek islands from Samos to Finike. Therefore the engine has been used for only 1000 hours in the past 15 years (total 2000 engine hours). With retirement coming soon, we want a slightly bigger boat to live on for a longer period per year. Southerly's are built for rough sea conditions as well as crawling into narrow and shallow creeks. This multi-purpose use has always been the reason for our love of this vessel. Grounding plate and beaching shoe for the rudder allows you to dry out with no worries. AGRINON has served us well over the past 15 years. Being only lightly used along Turkish south and west coast and the nearby Greek islands we are convinced the next owner will enjoy her as much as we have for many years to come!
