Maximum Speed Limit is 45 MPH 2. All snowmobile trails are free of charge, however you must be registered and insured in New York State. 3. Obey all speed and sign regulations. 4. Stay on marked trails. 5. Keep at least four snowmobile lengths away from the machine ahead of you. 6. ALL MOTOR VEHICLES EXCEPT SNOWMOBILES ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING SOUTH WARREN TRAILS. 7. Hours of operation for South Warren Snowmobile Trails are 8am-8pm Sun-Thurs., 8am-10pm Friday and Saturday unless otherwise posted. The use of snowmobiles on the frozen surfaces of any body of water may be dangerous because of thin ice or other reasons and all snowmobile operators who drive thereon, do so at their own risk. In using the snowmobile trails, all operators and users of snow- mobiles, other vehicles, related equipment and/or the trails in gen- eral, agree and understand that South Warren assumes no responsi- bility for the use of such equipment, the trails or the maintenance of the trails. Each user and/or operator, by his or her use of the trails or use or operation of a vehicle on or adjacent to the trails system, and agrees to assume all responsibility for the use, for the operation of any vehicle of the consequences thereof and does further agree to indemnify and hold the Club harmless from any claims or actions which might be brought against the Club, its agents or employees.
