Chance the Rapper My first artist that I looked into was Chance the Rapper. Some of his songs are up beat but some are slow and both types of songs can go into my documentary and different stages. I am using one of his songs to go at the end of the documentary that gives a sense of happiness and aspiration at the end of the documentary. Because he is a famous artist I had to find out is his music was free and it is. He is not signed onto a label and has publicly said it is free to download.

Hip Hop Instrumental I then looked at Hip Hop instrumentals to give the video a upbeat tempo to it because this matches the sport boxing. Adding the music on gives the audience a pumped up feeling, drawing them into the boxing itself. I mainly looked at instrumentals because the words from the normal music video would get in the way of the voiceover and the sound of the video clips.

Radio Advert Music For my radio advert I could not use any rap or hip hop music because it doesn’t match the voiceover and distracts the audience from listening to the voice. So for this I researched into a happy upbeat background music to match the voice and to not distract the audience. Also I had to make sure they were free and I was copyrighting and music. I wanted to give a exciting feel to the advert and inspire people to watch it by using this instrumental.
