Image 1: Ocean

Plant• Looking at this image, I get the sense of little balls of

electricity humming in and out, as if like lightning. Shooting around the organism then dying down and becoming silent. As the Image is of an Ocean Plant, I had to look at Jelly fish and imagine how electricity would run through them, resulting in the final Soundscape. Upon final hearing, the sound does seem a bit tinny, which means I should have removed some more of the treble at the end of the sequence and perhaps lowered the pitch just a tad.

• This image gives me the impression of and organism dragging itself across a rough surface like sand or another material of similar texture. I wanted it to be more grinding on the ears. As the image itself looks like an organism that would be rough to the touch.

Image 3: Pollen

For this image I was getting the impression of microbes rolling over each other and falling, kind of like bouncy balls being

dropped, but with a rougher texture to it. Unlike the previous images this one will have a more echoic background, giving the piece

more atmosphere.
