Polarization ModeAD 5 minutes
Note
Vaseline can't be lay on the surface or inner part of the feeder.
Procedure
The default polarization mode of the antenna is the vertical polarization. If the radio
link is designed with the horizontal polarization, the polarization mode needs to be
modified as follows.
Loosen the four bolts that fix the feed boom ;
Rotate the feed boom 90 degrees smoothly, and point the polarization indicator to the
letter H . In this manner, the antenna is in the horizontal polarization mode;
Tighten the four bolts that fix the feed boom.

Note
Must carefully check the pretended antenna installation place on tower as
suggested in TSSR.
Tools
Before you lift and install the antenna, determine the height and azimuth of
the antenna according to the design document by compass;
The operators should carry the following materials and tools on the tower: the
pulley, lifting rope, anti-fall clamp, ground cable of the IF cable, PVC tape,
waterproof tape, bundling tape, wrench, socket-head wrench, diagonal pliers,
flathead screwdriver, and paper knife;
Fix the pulley on tower above the antenna which will be mounted,thread
hanging rope through the pulley to ground.

When multiple sets of equipment are connected through the EHT and EHT-HUB
ports on the SCC board, you should avoid any loop of the equipment.
Tools
Procedure
Use network cables to connect the EHT port and the EHT-HUB port of the SCC
board on multiple sets of equipment, as shown in the figure.

Procedure
Set the maximum voltage that the multimeter can detect to DC 20 V, fix the
multimeter to the tower for easy observation. Then, observe the voltage value of the
receive level when you align the antennas;
Remove the waterproof cap of the ODU RSSI port, connect the BNC connector to
the ODU RSSI port;
Connect the multimeter to the wire which connect the BNC connectorthen protect the wire by PVC tape.
