Assessment of risks
To determine project properties use the following
dialog screen:
• Login to SONOXO
Riskassessment
• Choose tab Manage
Project
• Choose sub menu
Project details
• Enter project properties
in appearing dialog
screen Project details
1. Create a new project
How to do:
Organization data imported before will be shown in the
following hierarchy after import is finished:
• Choose sub menu
Project Organization
• Choose a project from
list created before
• Import project
organization data while
using Import new
• Search and select
(XLS) file containing
project organization
details from file system
and start import with
open
2. Import of project organization data
How to do:
Assignment of sub projects to sub project managers is
supported by the following screen:
• Become PMO through
Upgrade to PMO-
service
• Choose sub menu
Assign sub projects
• Choose a project
created before from
Project
• Use Take Ownership if
another member
represents project
leader
• Assign sub project to
sub project manager(s)
while confirming
assign sub project

How to do:
To invite further interested people for risk assessment
collaboration the following screen allows to add or
choose people :
• Choose sub menu
Invite people
• Select project name
created before
• Enter or choose name
of people to invite
• Assign rights for new
entered or added
people using drop
down list Role
• Press Save button
4. Add new project members and assign rights
How to do:
Table below shows categories of standard rights within
SONOXO risk assessment (example):
• There are options to
assign rights
individually within risk
assessment
• An assigned role to a
project member
defines its rights for
managing and
assessing risks
• Always the risk creator
is responsible for
assessment of its
entered risk

To enter risk data and perform assessment the
following screen provides guidance through risk
details:
• Choose tab Owner
• Choose a project or
sub project
• Add a new risk using
new risk
• Add risk details in
screen mask
6. Create a new risk
How to do:
To manage and reassess risks provided by other
project members, the following screen allows to copy
them to the own risk table:
• Choose tab Owner
• Select the sub project
from which the risk
should be copied
• Open risk details
screen through double
clicking the appropriate
risk
• Copy the risk while
using Copy button
7. Copy other members risk to own risk table
How to do:
Operational risk management is given within the
SONOXO risk assessments in different ways: risks can
be created, managed, copied, shared, and deleted.
• There are more ways
to manage risks in this
service
• For example use the
Risk viewer to monitor
risks
• Also History allows to
document risks through
snapshooting
• The tab Owner
supports creating,
copying, and deleting
of risks
• Choose Manage
projects – to share
risks
8. Manage risks
Overview:
The Risk viewer is the central place to review all risks
entered by other members that provided me with read-
only rights on their risks.
• Choose tab Risk
viewer only for read-
only risks
• Choose tab Owner and
review all projects
including sub projects
9. Keep informed about risks
How to do:
History function is a core feature of SONOXO risk
assessment. It provides a required documentation
feature includes export functionality to Microsoft Excel
and PowerPoint.
• Choose tab History
• Select an existing
history or create a new
history
• Export history to MS
MS Excel or MS
PowerPoint
• On demand: remove
existing histories
