Project Goals
1. Create a park facility that will be accessible and enjoyed by County residents and visitors.
2. Provide trail access to Sonoma Valley Regional Park Expansion through existing park trails and park staging area.
3. Develop facilities that are sensitive to the unique environment.
4. Provide the public with a range of passive recreation opportunities balanced with a development plan that balances those uses with resource management and protection.
5. Protect unique natural resources while encouraging public education of the resources.
6. Develop resource management policies that enhance the natural habitat.
