RAF Sculthorpe – abandoned police station

This location is particularly stark and baron, making it a striking location to film in. Long halls and empty, discarded rooms would fit the action and narrative of our concept perfectly. As with any abandoned location, there is some danger of broken glass and the like, but having visited before, the location is safe and with some sweeping, this danger can be eradicated. Sculthorpe is a short drive away, making it easily commutable for us.

Sculthorpe – abandoned houses

This location is more open plan and subject to the elements, meaning that on a sunny day, the lighting would be excellent. However, the space looks much less menacing than the police station; it lacks the unnerving quality that we are looking for. However, were the weather to be unpleasant, filming would become difficult as we could fall subject to rain. In addition, there is much more debris around this area, meaning we would have to waste filming time clearing areas before we can work in them.
