Post bifurcation, Bihar suffered due to loss of mineral resource base, and large scale human resource migration. We were assigned by the State Govt to prepare a Vision Document for Food Processing by mapping agricultural resources of the State. Later, we were appointed as Project Management Agency by State Government for implementing Food Processing Policy in the State
